Customer service is terrible. Every time I go to the one in langhorne PA I walk out angry. Last time I was there I wanted to sell two guitars and an amp. I even called to make sure they would take a look. I go to the guitar department and the guy says "ok wait 5 minutes I'm helping a customer" I stand there for about 45 mins while every person who walks in gets help. It's now almost an hour later and The sales person is now helping a different customer. I walked out with my stuff. Management needs to start stepping up and realize what disrespectful idiots they have working for them. I had problems years ago so I figured maybe now they would have some kind of decent people working there. I was wrong. Never shopping there again
