  • Horrible service

    I frequent GC often and have found you pretty much have to force your money on them.Trying to get help is like pulling teeth. Even when the store is empty and employees are just standing around. I have walked out numerous times with unspent money that I tried to spend and ended up purchasing from another retailer online. Oh and if you return something it takes DAYS to credit to your account.   • Still waiting...

    I bought a T-12 turntable 2 months ago. When delivered, it produced sound through only one channel, possibly something came loose in shipping, no big deal. Took it to the Mays Landing, NJ location. They looked it over, said they had to send it to a 3rd party for repairs, and it would be 2-3 weeks. 4 weeks later no wordcso I called, they claimed to check onbit and said another week or two. 6 weeks gone, I called again, Kev tells me, "I promise, I'll check and call you back today".   • Phantom Sale--a joke!!

    I received this dumb postcard in the mail from Guitar Center advertising some big BLOWOUT SALE on Jan. 17th with phrases to the extent of "81% off! YOU HAVE TO BE THERE TO BELIEVE IT!" and "Be sure to bring this card to get in!" The "sale" was set to start AFTER HOURS from 7-9 p.m. Talk about suspense, right?
